Simon Heaps
Simon has been in the steel industry for 25 years and started Engineering and Access Ltd in 2013.
Simon enjoys all aspects of steel construction, particularly the unique one-off jobs that require thinking outside the box to come up with inventive new approaches to how we can undertake projects.
Simon strives for perfection and customer satisfaction is imperative in the business.
Simon brings a fresh approach to staff and business management and is well respected within the construction industry.
Workshop Manager
John Hamilton
John has been with E&A since 2015 and runs the workshop and day to day operations of the business.
He has been in the structural steel industry for over 40 years and has comprehensive knowledge which he passionately shares.
John holds his AS2214:2004 Certification of Welding Supervisors and through his patient and detailed approach has engaged the minds of many young apprentices during his years.
John is a huge asset to have as part of our E&A family.
